Diagnose and repair hardware & software issues in laptops/desktops.
Perform troubleshooting for OS (Windows/Linux/Mac) related problems.
Handle formatting, installation, and configuration of operating systems & drivers.
Replace and repair hardware components (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, screen, keyboard, battery, etc.).
Maintain office IT equipment and ensure smooth functioning.
Provide basic networking & connectivity support (Wi-Fi, LAN, printer setup).
Keep record of repairs and inventory of spare parts.
Strong knowledge of laptop/desktop hardware & software repairing.
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and BIOS settings.
Understanding of virus removal & database Manage
Knowledge of basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi).
Problem-solving ability & attention to detail.
Good communication skills for office support.
