Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced IT Hardware Specialist to manage and support
the hardware infrastructure of our corporate office. The role involves hands-on maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, network equipment, and conferencing tools, ensuring all employees have seamless access to the tools they need to be productive.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware including desktops, laptops, docking
stations, monitors, printers, scanners, and VoIP phones.
Set up and maintain video conferencing systems, meeting room equipment, and
projectors.
Provide prompt hardware support for on-site users and remote troubleshooting as
required.
Manage inventory of IT hardware and accessories; track assignment and return of
company assets.
Handle routine maintenance, upgrades, and replacement of IT hardware.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, repair, and warranty
support.
Maintain and troubleshoot office network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi) and endpoint issues.
Ensure security of devices by following IT policies related to hardware use and access.
Support onboarding/offboarding of employees from a hardware provisioning and de-
provisioning standpoint.
Document technical processes, asset logs, and troubleshooting steps.
