Key Responsibilities:
Installation: Install new CCTV camera systems, including mounting cameras, running cables, configuring DVR/NVR units, and integrating with existing networks.
Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine maintenance on existing CCTV systems, identify and diagnose faults, and carry out timely repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
Troubleshooting: Effectively troubleshoot technical issues related to CCTV cameras, recording devices, networking, and software.
Configuration & Programming: Configure and program CCTV systems, including camera settings, recording schedules, remote access, and motion detection.
Cable Management: Install and manage network and power cabling neatly and efficiently.
Client Interaction: Interact professionally with clients, explain technical concepts clearly, and provide user training on system operation.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during installations and maintenance.
On-Call Support: May be required to provide on-call technical support outside of regular business hours.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of new CCTV technologies and industry best practices.
