Job Title: IT Support Executive (0–6 months)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, VoIP/IP phones, printers, and network devices.
Perform OS installation, updates, patching, and basic configurations.
Configure/troubleshoot IP devices (printers, CCTV, VoIP, surveillance).
Handle basic networking (IP addressing, VLANs, Wi-Fi, DHCP/DNS).
Monitor LAN/WAN and escalate advanced issues.
Assist with AD user management (accounts, passwords, permissions).
Support office hardware (printers, projectors, docking stations, routers, switches).
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Support server room (racking, cabling, hardware checks).
Coordinate with vendors for hardware support/replacement.
Configure email accounts (Outlook/webmail).
Maintain antivirus and endpoint security.
Assist in backup/restore operations.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, routers/switches.
Hands-on with Windows 10/11 (Linux basics a plus).
Familiarity with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
Understanding of OSI layers and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of cabling standards & RJ45.
Awareness of IT security best practices.
Basic knowledge of routing protocols (Static/Dynamic e.g., RIP, OSPF, EIGRP is a plus).
