Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Executive to manage system support and hardware maintenance across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IT hardware, system troubleshooting, basic networking, and CCTV surveillance systems. This role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively to ensure smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.

• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware (PCs, printers, servers, routers, switches, etc.).

• Perform regular system maintenance, software installations, and updates.

• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, basic server and connectivity issues.

• Setup and maintain CCTV systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and backup management.

• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.

• Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, repairs, and warranty claims.

• Ensure data security, system backups, and antivirus management.

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees in terms of IT access and asset provisioning.
