We are looking for a skilled and proactive Hardware PC Engineer with basic networking knowledge to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining desktop PCs, peripherals, and providing basic network support in office and field environments.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Diagnose and repair hardware issues (motherboards, RAM, SMPS, HDD/SSD, etc.).
Perform software installation, OS formatting, driver updates, and antivirus setup.
Monitor and maintain system performance and ensure system availability.
Provide basic networking support including router/switch configuration, LAN setup, cable crimping, and IP settings.
Assist in installation of control room equipment like monitors, video walls, and hardware controllers (if applicable).
Maintain proper documentation of system configurations and support logs.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements and support escalation.
Proven experience as a hardware engineer or desktop support engineer.
Knowledge of assembling and disassembling PCs and hardware components.
Familiarity with Windows OS, driver installation, and antivirus software.
Basic understanding of networking – LAN, DHCP, IP configuration, router setup.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and travel to client sites when required
