We are looking for a IT Executive to join our team
Key Responsibilities:
•Provide on-site and remote support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
•Troubleshoot issues related to headsets, audio devices, and video conferencing tools.
•Diagnose and resolve Windows OS, Gmail, and basic application problems.
•Manage and troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, internet access, and routing issues.
•Support and maintain network devices such as switches and routers (basic level).
•Monitor and maintain UPS, power backup, and generator systems to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
•Coordinate with vendors or facility teams for repairs and preventive maintenance.
Install, configure, and update software and hardware as per company standards
•Maintain IT asset inventory and update support documentation regularly.
•Provide prompt technical support to call center agents to minimize downtime.
•Troubleshoot and maintain CCTV systems, including DVR/NVR configurations, camera connectivity, and storage management.
