We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Customer Support Executive to join our team at Law Garden. The ideal candidate will assist clients with technical issues, respond to queries via phone/email, and ensure timely resolution of basic hardware/software problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level IT support to users
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues
Respond to customer queries through phone, email, or chat
Log and escalate unresolved issues to senior technicians
Maintain documentation of issues and solutions
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of computers, networking, and MS Office
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and adapt
Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in IT support
Education: Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
