We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric ERP Support Cum Consult Executive to join our Lucent ERP team. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, consulting ability, and client servicing. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between customers and our ERP system, ensuring clients maximize the value of Lucent ERP by tailoring solutions to their requirements, providing training, and delivering continuous support.

Key Responsibilities
• Client Consultation & Requirement Gathering
• Engage with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and challenges.
• Map client needs with Lucent ERP modules and propose tailored solutions.
• Prepare functional requirement documents (FRD) and ensure clarity between client and technical teams.
• Product Demonstration
• Conduct product demos and presentations for prospective and existing clients.
• Clearly showcase how Lucent ERP can add value, improve efficiency, and solve pain points.
• Implementation Support
• Assist in ERP implementation by coordinating with internal teams and clients.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and system setup in line with client expectations.
• Customer Training
• Provide structured ERP training sessions for client teams.
• Develop user manuals, training materials, and FAQs to ease adoption.
• Post-Delivery Support
• Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and support requests.
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and escalate complex problems to the technical team.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive engagement and ongoing assistance.
• Continuous Improvement
• Gather customer feedback and suggest product enhancements.
• Stay updated with ERP best practices and industry trends to guide customers effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) in ERP support, consulting, or implementation (preferably with ERP systems).
• Strong understanding of business processes (HR, Finance, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical details into business language.
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
