Key Responsibilities & Duties
1. Installing and configuring client computer systems.
2. Responding to client IT support requests.
3. Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking or hardware issues.
4. Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
5. 4. Nos. of Calls to be attended.
Maintaining good client relations.
Tracking and managing work records.
Compiling job reports.
KPI
· Zero escalation from Customer.
· Minimum 4 calls to be attended per day.
· Zero damage of parts.
· 100% collection of replaced parts.
· 100% Certification complied to related product.
· Daily MIS updation on related ERP as required according to job profile.
Requirements
· Knowledge of Voice, Video, Desktop & Laptop Installation.
· Well versed with Windows XP, Windows 7, Antivirus, basic Networking, Wireless technology and email clients like MS-Outlook troubleshooting.
· Ability to handle computer hardware and software issues independently.
· Knowledge of remote and network tools like RDP, Net Meeting, Web-ex, VPN, etc
· Proven work experience as a technical support engineer.
· Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
· Good time management skills.
