We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about troubleshooting, system health, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across desktop environments. Your primary responsibility will be to scan, diagnose, and resolve computer issues, while providing technical aid to end users.
Provide hands-on desktop support for Windows and Mac systems
Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network problems
Install, configure, and maintain desktop applications and operating systems
Document technical issues and resolutions in ticketing systems
Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance and system integrity
Proven experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles
Familiarity with antivirus tools, diagnostic utilities, and remote support software
Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
