Work closely with ticketing portal and timely resolve the tickets as per SLA
Provide end-user support, physically and remotely.
To solve basic users level calls on Microsoft windows/ MS Office 365/Wired and Wireless Network-related issues.
Identifying all the hardware that needs to be replaced or upgraded. Also Preventive maintenance of all the hardware from time to time.
Coordinating with OEMs/Vendors related to hardware and software issues of Desktops/Laptops/Servers... etc.
Troubleshooting for network/Desktop Related issues. Configure and manage Wireless devices.
Updating all desktop machines, Laptops, and servers with the latest antivirus patches.
Network Rack Panels Punching & dressing ( Patch Paneling ).
Troubleshooting Laptop/desktop hardware and software applications.
