We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure.
Skill Required:
Certifications: CCNA certification is an added advantage.
-Manage Active Directory user accounts (addition, deletion, disable)
-Perform OS installations and BitLocker encryption
-Assemble and upgrade hardware components
-Configure and troubleshoot MS Outlook (backup & restore)
-Install and troubleshoot network printers
-Deploy and maintain standard software applications
-Ensure antivirus updates and virus protection
-Provide remote support for software issues
-Coordinate with vendors for hardware issues
-Maintain hardware and software assets
-Resolve user problems diplomatically and technically.
