Technical support and troubleshooting:
Respond to user support requests via phone, email, or in-person.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems for end-users.
Conduct remote troubleshooting to address user concerns efficiently.
Installation and maintenance:
Install and configure new hardware, software, and peripherals for new employees or departments.
Perform regular maintenance on desktop systems, including upgrades to operating systems and software.
Maintain and upgrade hardware and software as needed.
User training and support:
Train employees on new software, applications, and IT policies.
Provide basic computer operation and management training.
Assist new hires with setting up their workstations.
Asset and inventory management:
Track and maintain an inventory of computers, devices, and software licenses.
Monitor supply levels and order necessary equipment or parts.
Properly retire outdated technology.
