Troubleshooting network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP conflict, etc.).
Supporting remote users using tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Remote Desktop.
Installing and updating antivirus software, managing patches, and ensuring system security.
Coordinating with other IT teams for escalation and resolution of major issues.
Documenting technical issues and solutions for future reference.
