· Key Responsibilities:
· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
· Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, software, and hardware
· Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
· Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference
· Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
· Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures
· Requirements:
· 6+ Months of experience in desktop support or a related field
· Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
