• Hardware Desktop, Laptop Part Replacement & troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows Installation & troubleshooting.
• knowledge of office peripherals, like printers, and scanners.
• Identification of problems and providing technical solutions.
• Should be up to date with the upgrades and maintain the systems updated.
• Crimping, Punching & LAN Testing
• Anti-Virus, setting-up Meeting Application & Ticketing Tool.
• Basic Knowledge in networking, ADSL routing, and switching.
• Troubleshoot network and wireless connectivity of end users.
• Monitoring of CCTV IP Camera and ISP Links.
