ON DEMAND IT SUPPORT
We are seeking a skilled and reliable On-Demand IT Support Specialist who has strong technical knowledge of computers, laptops, and related hardware/software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing timely IT support and troubleshooting services to our international clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide remote or on-site support for computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows and/or macOS systems.
Assist with system setups, installations, upgrades, and basic network support.
Manage IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
Communicate with international clients via email, chat, or call in a professional manner.
Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of computer and laptop hardware and software troubleshooting.
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/macOS), MS Office, and remote support tools.
Good understanding of basic networking and internet connectivity issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Previous experience supporting international clients is a plus
