Roles and Responsibilities Develop IT infrastructure for the organization. Support and resolve IT and systems-related issues reported by employees. Should know Windows system. Basic understanding of Microsoft OS internals. Experience with System Installations, Hardware Upgrades, and Application Installations on Windows, Linux, and Mac OS platforms. Troubleshooting problems related to hardware/software/networking. Evaluate and recommend new technology as it relates to the end-user. Provide IT Operational support by resolving incidents, requests, and problems associated with various IT systems. Interface with other Core Services teams to solve complex issues. Create / Maintain support solutions and documentation for the service desk. Network: Deploy and maintain site network infrastructure to ensure performance and reliability for local LANs, Internet, and corporate WAN connectivity. Access management: Maintain accurately and updated IT Asset Management inventory to keep track of the equipment we have. CCTV and Bio metric maintenance. Configuration of LAN Printers, Wireless printers, USB Printers, scanners etc. Backup Management. Responsible for Email Account Management. Responsible for restoration of the data and user data validations. Responsible of IT Related Purchase Activities includes Purchase requisition creation, Vendor Coordination's, and negotiations, Collecting budgets & Quotations, Technical Confirmations, Etc. Security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, etc. Key Performance Indicator: Resolution of all tickets within SLA. Emails and availability. Taking ownership of issues. Backup of critical services. Desired Candidate Profile Hardware and Networking knowledge with CCNA additional Advantage Knowledge of Microsoft products Excellent troubleshooting skills Good knowledge of Internet security and data privacy principles Qualification: Any Graduate
