Responsibilities and Duties :
• Working Experience of windows 10/11, Mac OS
• Technical support for Windows and MacBook Machines.
• Technical support (Software/Network/Desktop) to over 150+ end-users in windows and Mac environments.
• Provide L1 support for South Region including Incident & Service Request resolution
• Manage all the IT assets and inventory through the “Manage engine” tool.
• Manage joining and exit formalities of the users.
• Tech Support for the VIP users.
• Vendor coordination i.e. Printer, Access Control, ISP, EPBX, CCTV.
• Troubleshooting of IT hardware/software related issues with the help of Merino IT Infra team (if required).
