We are currently seeking a full time Level 1 Support Engineer for providing support to customers in
installations, isolating, diagnosing, reproducing, and fixing technical issues in a timely manner. To be
successful in this role, you must be a motivated self-starter and self-learner, possess strong customer
service and technical problem solving skills; and be someone who embraces challenges.

Primary Job Responsibilities
Be onsite & lead the activities for installations, training, etc.
● Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns
● Troubleshooting and resolving software/system issues
● Assist in remote installations of new software, service packs, and upgrades
● Provide phone support and remote remediation for client queries/issues
● Identify opportunities to scale the organization business
Skills & Experience Required
● Good understanding of the Windows operating systems
● Knowledge of Windows debugging & troubleshooting tools
● Basic knowledge of networking
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Communication Skills Required
● Good standard of verbal and written English
● Has the ability to assess each customer’s technical knowledge level
● Can convey technical information at an appropriate level for audience
● Has good interpersonal skills to interface with customers and co-workers at different levels of
seniority.
