Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, support, and solutions to end-users within our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, software, and applications.
Handle network troubleshooting including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and IP configuration.
Manage user accounts, email setup, and system permissions.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance.
Resolve issues related to antivirus, security protocols, and system performance.
Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
Coordinate with senior IT staff for escalated issues.
Ensure minimal downtime and provide timely resolution to all IT-related queries.
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in desktop/infrastructure support (freshers with strong basics can apply).
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Outlook, and remote support tools (preferred).
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle pressure situations.
