💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment at client locations.

• Provide on-site and remote technical support, ensuring minimal downtime.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).

• Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.

• Manage IT asset inventory and service documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for escalations and warranty claims.

• Train end-users on basic IT troubleshooting and best practices.

✅ Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• 1–3 years of desktop/IT support experience (Freshers with strong technical skills are welcome).

• Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel to client sites.
