Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users (on-site & remote).
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
Ensure timely patch updates, antivirus management, and system upgrades.
Support video conferencing, VOIP, and other communication tools.
Maintain IT asset inventory (hardware & software).
Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or vendors.
Document incidents, problems, and solutions in the ticketing system.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards.
