Position : : IT Support Executive
Working Days : Mon-Sat (9.30AM-6PM)
Location :Tarapur MIDC, Boisar
Job Description:
• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware/software faults.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and hardware.
• Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Respond to service issues and requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT assets, AMC, and software licensing.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist in backup and disaster recovery planning.
• Ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures.
• Provide support during system upgrades, migrations, and rollouts.
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, networking, printers, and system troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, antivirus solutions, and backup tools.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
