Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various internal and external sources

• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on student performance, lead conversion, campaign performance, and user behavior

• Collaborate with digital marketing, sales, academic, and product teams to support data-driven strategies

• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to improve business outcomes

• Visualize data using dashboards, charts, and interactive reports (Power BI, Excel, Google Data Studio, etc.)

• Monitor KPIs and create alerts for abnormal performance or outliers

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across platforms and systems

• Support automation of reporting processes and recommend data infrastructure improvements
  

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau, etc.)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Working knowledge of statistics, data modelling, and forecasting techniques

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools is a plus

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple data sources

• Knowledge of Python/R for data analysis is an advantage
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field

• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence (experience in EdTech or educational domain is preferred)
