About the Role:

United Distributor is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Operator to support our hospital pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling pharmacy-related data entry, managing stock records and ensuring smooth digital operations in alignment with hospital requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate entry of pharmacy bills, invoices and patient details into the system.

• Maintain stock records and update daily inward/outward entries.

• Generate and verify reports related to pharmacy sales, purchases and inventory.

• Coordinate with pharmacists and billing teams for smooth operations.

• Ensure timely backup and secure storage of data.

• Assist in preparing MIS reports for management.

• Handle software-related troubleshooting in billing and stock modules.

Requirements:

• Graduate (preferred in Computer/IT/Commerce background).

• 2–3 years of experience in data entry/computer operations (hospital pharmacy experience preferred).

• Good knowledge of MS Office, hospital billing software ‘MARG’.

• Strong typing speed with accuracy.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
