We are seeking a detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage day-to-day computer operations, data entry, and system support tasks. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth functioning of office IT systems.
Perform data entry and documentation tasks accurately.
Maintain and update databases, records, and files.
Operate MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) efficiently.
Handle emails, internet research, and official correspondence.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and office software.
Assist in preparing reports, MIS, and presentations.
Ensure proper backup of data and files.
Provide basic technical support to staff for system-related issues.
Coordinate with IT/Admin team for troubleshooting when required.
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream) with good computer knowledge.
Diploma/Certification in Computer Applications / IT preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years as a Computer Operator / Data Entry Operator.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and typing speed.
Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and internet operations.
Good communication and organizational skills.
