Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer/Specialist to join our IT team. The successful candidate will provide technical support and maintenance services for desktop computers, laptops, and other devices. Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, software, and hardware
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
- Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in desktop support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with IT service management tools
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies
