Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Hardware Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for Laptops & Computers repairing, service, Quality Checking(QC) & testing; resolving IT related problems that Clients may have, Hardware and Software installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hardware Installation: Install and configure computer hardware, including CPUs, motherboards, RAM, hard drives, and peripherals.

2. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and repair hardware faults, including diagnosing and replacing faulty components.

3. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, servicing, Quality Checking(QC), updating drivers, and running diagnostics, testing.

4. Upgrades: Upgrade hardware components, including RAM, hard drives, and graphics cards.

5. Networking: Configure and troubleshoot network connections.

6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of hardware installations, repairs, and maintenance.

7. Collaboration: Work with other teams to ensure smooth and positive working environment.

8 Technical Skills:

    - Proficient in hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of computer hardware components, including CPUs, motherboards, RAM, and hard   drives.

- Familiarity with operating systems

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

- Passion for technology and sustainable practices.

- Valid driver’s license and experience with riding a two-wheeler will be an added advantage.

    - Good, humble and respectful communication and interpersonal skills.
