Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure broadband connections, routers, modems, and related equipment.

• Troubleshoot network issues, perform repairs, and ensure optimal service performance.

• Conduct regular maintenance checks and upgrade systems as needed.

• Test signal strength, bandwidth, and connectivity to ensure quality standards.

• Provide on-site or remote support for customers and resolve service complaints promptly.

• Maintain accurate service records, equipment logs, and work reports.

• Adhere to safety standards and comply with technical guidelines during installation and repairs.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI/Certificate in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or related field.

• Experience in broadband installation, networking, or telecommunications preferred.

• Knowledge of routers, switches, modems, and basic network troubleshooting.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling skills.

• Willingness to work in the field and travel to client locations as required.
