We are seeking a skilled Broadband Technician to install, maintain, and repair internet and network services for residential and commercial customers. The role requires technical expertise in broadband systems, problem-solving abilities, and a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure broadband connections, routers, modems, and related equipment.
Troubleshoot network issues, perform repairs, and ensure optimal service performance.
Conduct regular maintenance checks and upgrade systems as needed.
Test signal strength, bandwidth, and connectivity to ensure quality standards.
Provide on-site or remote support for customers and resolve service complaints promptly.
Maintain accurate service records, equipment logs, and work reports.
Adhere to safety standards and comply with technical guidelines during installation and repairs.
Requirements:
Diploma/ITI/Certificate in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or related field.
Experience in broadband installation, networking, or telecommunications preferred.
Knowledge of routers, switches, modems, and basic network troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to work in the field and travel to client locations as required.
