We are looking for a Admin Executive to join our team at Celebrate Jobs Llp to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹30000 and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. General Administration
• Manage day-to-day office operations, maintenance, and facilities.
• Maintain stock of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
• Coordinate travel bookings, meetings, and event logistics.
• Handle communication with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.
• Maintain proper records of all administrative expenses and documentation.
2. IT Purchasing & Procurement
• Coordinate with internal IT teams to assess hardware, software, and licensing needs.
• Source and procure IT equipment (laptops, desktops, accessories, etc.) and services at the best prices.
• Negotiate with vendors and manage IT procurement contracts.
• Maintain inventory records for all IT assets (new purchases, replacements, disposals).
• Track warranties, AMCs, and license renewals.
3. Vendor & Asset Management
• Develop and maintain vendor database.
• Evaluate and onboard new IT and general vendors as needed.
• Monitor service levels and resolve issues with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and budget controls.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in an administrative role, including hands-on experience in IT purchasing.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of office administration and IT hardware/software basics.
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with purchase order and invoice processing.
- Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
