Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to provide general assistance and support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the office. The Office Boy will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, running errands, and providing administrative support to staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties of the office (e.g., dusting, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, emptying trash bins).

• Serve beverages (tea, coffee, water) to staff and visitors.

• Monitor and replenish office supplies such as stationery, kitchen, and cleaning items.

• Handle document delivery and collection, both within and outside the office.

• Assist in setting up meeting rooms before and after meetings (cleaning, organizing furniture, etc.).

• Support administrative staff in filing, photocopying, scanning, and other clerical tasks.

• Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages.

• Run errands as assigned by management (e.g., bank, post office, store).

• Ensure kitchen and common areas are clean and well-organized.

• Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  
  Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.

  • Good communication skills and a respectful, service-oriented attitude.

  • Basic understanding of office equipment and procedures.

  • Physically fit and capable of handling light lifting and manual tasks.

  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
