Key Responsibilities

• Team Management:Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance. 

• Quality Control:Inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure they meet strict standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation. 

• Inventory Management:Track and manage supplies, equipment, and linens, reordering when necessary to ensure operations run smoothly. 

• Guest Service:Respond to guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping in a timely and professional manner. 

• Safety & Compliance:Ensure that all staff adhere to safety protocols, sanitary regulations, and fire safety rules, including the safe use of chemicals. 

• Reporting:Maintain detailed records of cleaning tasks, team performance, and inventory. 

Essential Duties

• Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols.

• Address and resolve any issues or deficiencies found during inspections.

• Collaborate with maintenance and front desk departments to ensure cohesive operations.

• Assist with daily housekeeping duties, including stepping in to help when a team member is absent.

• Contribute to staff development through training and mentoring.

• Handle lost and found items, reporting security issues, and updating room status.
