Training and Development:
Training new employees and providing ongoing professional development opportunities to support career growth.
Addressing Issues and Resolving Conflicts:
Addressing employee concerns, resolving disputes, and ensuring a positive work environment.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, performance, and training, and reporting to management on team performance and progress.
Ensuring Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and industry regulations.
Improving Efficiency and Productivity:
Identifying opportunities to improve team productivity and reduce costs.
Recruiting and Staffing:
In some cases, they may also be involved in recruitment, such as managing job postings, processing applications, and participating in the interview process.
