Job Description
Oversee housekeeping staff across all assigned co-working centers.
Prepare and monitor daily cleaning schedules for common areas, meeting rooms, washrooms, and pantry spaces.
Ensure prompt resolution of housekeeping-related issues.
Conduct regular training sessions on cleaning techniques, equipment handling, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.
Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Cross-train staff to handle multiple housekeeping functions.
Maintain company-set hygiene and sanitation standards in all areas.
Conduct routine inspections and spot checks.
Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
Coordinate with vendors for supply orders and equipment servicing.
Maintain inventory records.
Work closely with the Facilities and Operations team to address member concerns.
Prepare weekly housekeeping reports for management.
Support event setups and post-event cleanups.
