The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards are maintained across the mall premises, including common areas, restrooms, food court, cinemas, and back-office areas.
Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily work schedules.
Inspect mall premises regularly to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
Monitor housekeeping supplies and request stock replenishment as required.
Train and guide staff on cleaning procedures, safety measures, and equipment handling.
Ensure timely cleaning of washrooms, escalators, elevators, lobby, and high-footfall areas.
Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints related to cleanliness.
Coordinate with vendors/outsourced housekeeping agencies for manpower deployment.
Maintain housekeeping checklists, daily duty rosters, and inspection reports.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Support the Facility Manager in audits, events, and special cleaning requirements.
Qualification: SSLC/PUC or Diploma in Hotel Management/Facility Management (preferred).
2–5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision (preferably in malls, hotels, or large facilities).
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and housekeeping standards.
Good communication skills (Kannada, Hindi, English preferred).
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
