Supervise housekeeping staff at all assigned locations.
Prepare and allocate daily work schedules for each site.
Monitor staff performance and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Maintain discipline, attendance, grooming, and overall staff behavior.
Provide training to housekeeping staff for various locations on:
Cleaning techniques and procedures
Usage and handling of cleaning equipment
Chemical safety and hygiene practices
Site-specific cleaning standards and SOPs
Conduct refresher training sessions to maintain quality.
Ensure new joiners are oriented and trained as per company standards.
Inspect all locations regularly to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
Report and follow up on maintenance issues such as plumbing, electrical, or carpentry work.
Ensure deep cleaning schedules are implemented properly.
Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials, tools, and chemicals at all locations.
Raise requisitions for replenishment and maintain proper records.
Ensure safe and correct usage of chemicals by staff.
Ensure all staff follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
Maintain checklists, attendance sheets, inspection logs, and training records.
Adhere to company policies and statutory hygiene standards.
Address housekeeping-related complaints or requests promptly.
Coordinate with Admin, HR, and other departments for operational support.
Support special events, deep cleaning tasks, or emergency cleaning requirements.
1–3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision or similar role.
Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals.
Good leadership, communication, and training skills.
Ability to manage multiple locations and shift-based teams.
Basic inventory and record-keeping knowledge.
