Department: Operations / Facility Manager
Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness of all designated areas (offices, washrooms, common areas, guesthouses, etc.).
Monitor usage of housekeeping materials and maintain inventory records.
Prepare duty rosters and allocate tasks to housekeeping personnel.
Conduct daily inspections and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Oversee deployment of contract labour and ensure attendance and discipline.
Maintain labour records including muster rolls, overtime, and compliance registers.
Coordinate with contractors/vendors for timely supply of manpower.
Ensure all labour is working as per safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
Supervise security guards and ensure site safety protocols are followed.
Monitor access control, visitor management, and night rounds.
Conduct incident reporting and escalate any security breaches.
Train guards on emergency response, fire safety, and client protocols.
