Core Responsibilities
Staff Supervision:
Train housekeepers on cleaning procedures, assign daily tasks and shifts, and monitor their performance.
Quality Control:
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization are met.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage the stock of cleaning supplies, guest amenities, and linen, ensuring they are replenished as needed.
Maintenance and Repairs:
Report any damages, deficits, or necessary maintenance work to the appropriate department to ensure facilities are in good condition.
Administrative Tasks:
Prepare and submit status reports, maintain staff records, and assist with administrative duties for the housekeeping department.
