Lease Administration:

•

Draft, review, and enforce lease agreements in compliance with local and state laws.

•

Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, renewals, and tenant communications.

Handle lease terminations and security deposit returns according to legal requirements.

Legal and Regulatory Compliance:

•

Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local property laws and regulations.

•

Ensure properties comply with safety codes and environmental regulations.

Address legal issues and disputes as they arise, including eviction proceedings when necessary.

Reporting and Documentation:

•

Prepare regular reports on property performance, financials, and occupancy rates.

•
