We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Helper to support our housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and order across our facility. The ideal candidate will assist in cleaning tasks, replenishing supplies, and ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all residents, guests, or employees.
Assist housekeeping staff in daily cleaning operations across rooms, hallways, restrooms, and other assigned areas.
Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum floors and carpets.
Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and toiletries.
Collect and dispose of garbage and recyclables.
Wash and sanitize surfaces and restrooms according to hygiene standards.
Maintain cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions or damage.
Ensure housekeeping storage areas are clean and organized.
Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals properly.
Respond to urgent cleaning requests from supervisors or management.
Assist in inventory management and restocking of housekeeping supplies.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is an advantage but not mandatory.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
Basic knowledge of cleaning practices and safe handling of chemicals.
Physically fit and able to perform manual labor (e.g., lifting, standing, bending for long hours).
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
