Job Description: Housekeeping hospitality
Taking reports of day to day from field officers at Morning and Evening & ensure proper operations on time.
Manpower deployment for new & existing sites.
Need to arrange daily wages & relievers.
Meeting up with clients and understand their expectations and complaints if any (Once in week).
Weekly review meeting with operations team for making strategies for resolving issues.
Taking Responsibility to overall operations.
Coordinate with other departments for any labour related issues.
Control on site wise material over consumption.
Take overall responsibility for systems and standards.
Studying all reports and coming up with solutions.
Site surveys and giving inputs to marketing team for new clients.
Focus on collection of payment should be on time.
Give reports to CEO for day to day operations on time
