Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors according to hotel standards.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock room supplies (e.g., toiletries, water, and minibar items).
Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and sanitize all surfaces.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost items to the supervisor.
Ensure all rooms are inspected and meet cleanliness standards before guest arrival.
Handle guest requests promptly and courteously.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation policies and procedures.
Maintain cleaning equipment and report any malfunctioning tools or supplies.
Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties as assigned.
Previous experience as a room attendant, cleaner, or in a similar housekeeping role (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work efficiently and independently.
