Handle waste disposal and segregate waste as per sustainability protocols.
Maintain cleanliness of glass surfaces, doors, windows, and decorative items.
Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning checklists.
Assist in setting up the restaurant before service hours and closing duties after operating hours.
Coordinate with the stewarding and maintenance team for timely reporting of damages or repair needs.
Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are used properly and stored safely.
Follow health, hygiene, and safety guidelines at all times.
