We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Housekeeping Staff member to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the common areas of our residential complex. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean, orderly, and safe environment for all residents and visitors.
Clean and sanitize common areas including corridors, staircases, lobbies, elevators, clubhouses, and community halls
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors regularly
Dust and clean surfaces, furniture, windows, doors, and light fixtures in common areas
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas
Refill and maintain supplies such as toilet paper, hand wash, etc. in common restrooms
Report any maintenance issues (plumbing, lighting, etc.) to the supervisor promptly
Assist in setting up community areas for meetings or events as required
Follow health and safety regulations at all times
Maintain cleaning tools and equipment in good condition
Perform occasional deep cleaning tasks when necessary
Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred (not mandatory)
Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Physical stamina and mobility to perform manual tasks
Trustworthy, punctual, and able to work independently
Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions
Knowledge of basic hygiene and sanitation standards
