Job Objective:

To ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and a well-maintained environment within the office premises, contributing to the overall professional image and health standards of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all office areas including workstations, meeting rooms, reception, pantry, restrooms, and common areas.

• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors on a routine basis.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies such as soap, tissue, and hand sanitizers.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry area; assist in pantry management when required.

• Empty trash bins regularly and dispose of waste properly.

• Ensure office equipment and furniture are kept clean and in proper condition.

• Monitor and report maintenance issues or supply requirements to the Admin team promptly.

• Assist in setting up meeting rooms (arranging chairs, refreshments, etc.).

• Serve water/tea/coffee to staff and guests as required.

• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

• Follow safety and hygiene protocols while handling cleaning materials and equipment.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass

• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred

• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment

• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks

• Punctual, reliable, and well-mannered

• Willingness to take instructions and work cooperatively in a team environment

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a corporate setup

Working Conditions:
