We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our non-vegetarian kitchen. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in an environment where meat are handled and must follow strict food safety and sanitation protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, work surfaces, and floors regularly.

• Wash and properly store dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items.

• Remove kitchen waste, including meat and seafood scraps, in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations.

• Deep clean meat preparation areas, cutting boards, grinders, and other tools.

• Ensure that cold storage (freezers/refrigerators) and meat storage areas are clean and organized.

• Assist in the disposal of expired or spoiled non-vegetarian items safely.

• Refill cleaning supplies, soap dispensers, sanitizers, and paper towels.

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and infection control policies strictly.

• Report any maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, pest sightings, equipment damage) immediately.

• Adhere to personal hygiene standards, including wearing gloves, masks, and aprons.
