We are looking for a skilled and experienced Shopify Website Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom Shopify eCommerce websites that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions. You will work closely with our design, marketing, and product teams to bring digital storefronts to life and enhance the online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Shopify themes based on provided designs or templates.

• Build custom Shopify apps or modify existing ones when needed.

• Implement responsive, mobile-friendly design across all devices.

• Optimize website performance and ensure SEO best practices.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to Shopify storefronts and apps.

• Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and payment gateways.

• Maintain and update existing Shopify stores with new features or design tweaks.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, content creators, and digital marketers.

• Ensure full compliance with web standards, accessibility, and GDPR/CCPA.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Shopify Developer or similar role.

• Proficiency in Shopify Liquid template language.

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

• Experience with Shopify APIs, third-party integrations, and Shopify Plus (preferred).

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Experience working with page builders like Shogun, PageFly, or GemPages is a plus.

• Understanding of SEO, website performance, and UX best practices.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience with eCommerce marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Google Analytics).

• Familiarity with headless Shopify, GraphQL, and React (bonus).
