Role Definition
The Graphic & UI Designer is responsible for designing compelling visual assets and user interfaces using tools like Figma and Canva. This role combines creativity with functionality to support brand, marketing, and product teams in delivering impactful visuals across digital platforms. The designer will work on a range of projects from social media graphics to UI mockups, ensuring alignment with brand identity and user needs.

Responsibilities & Deliverables
Design and deliver high-quality creatives using Figma for UI/UX needs and Canva for rapid marketing and brand assets.

Support brand consistency across all visual materials.

Produce marketing creatives including social media posts, presentations, banners, and email graphics.

Develop UI layouts, wireframes, and prototypes for websites and applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, development, product) to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.

Maintain and update design templates and brand libraries.

Tasks & Activities
Create user-friendly interface components and screen designs in Figma.

Design quick-turnaround assets in Canva based on campaign requirements.

Build reusable templates and style guides in both Figma and Canva.

Translate briefs and feedback into finalized creative assets.

Participate in brainstorming and creative reviews.

Ensure visual outputs align with user experience, brand tone, and market trends.

Export and organize design files for sharing with internal stakeholders and developers.

Required Skills
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Figma: UI design, prototyping, auto-layout, components, and style systems.

Proficiency in Canva: Creating and customizing templates, brand kits, and marketing creatives.

Understanding of design principles including color theory, typography, and layout.

Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.

Familiarity with collaborative tools like Slack, Trello, or Asana.

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Soft Skills:
Creativity with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
